The Sylvanian Families' old-fashioned motorcycle and sidecar has storage spaces in the front of the sidecar and the pannier at the back of the cycle. George and Mildred Mulberry are Racoon Grandparents who enjoy riding around the country lanes. George wears his helmet and goggles so he can see where he is going, while Mildred likes to wrap up warm before they set off - as it can get a bit breezy in the side car.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail (first or second class delivery as standard). We use the 'Tracked' (a.k.a. "Recorded") method of delivery as standard to enable you to trace your parcel from your identification (ID) number. This number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. We will normally process orders within two working days.

You have the right to a cooling off period of seven days (14 days over Christmas) after you have placed your order, during which time you may cancel your order in writing for any reason and return any item(s) received (within this time) to us for a full refund. After this period has elapsed, the item(s) received shall to considered to be "accepted". Returned items that are not faulty should be undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Your consumer rights will only be affected if any returned items are found to be tampered with, or absent of their original packaging.

The Sylvanian Families' product range is not suitable for children under 36 months. This is due to the small number accessories that accompany some items.

The recommended age is for those aged 4+ years. This is clearly visible on most items of outer packaging.

Sylvanian Families' items are good for stimulating imaginative role-play in children.
